Getting a new license

Without a license you register with an escola de condução, take the theory exam and then the practical exam through the IMT. We handle the enrolment, the medical requirements and every submission.

Exchanging a foreign license

EU licenses are registered with the IMT. Licenses from many other countries, including CPLP states and other partners, can be exchanged. Some deadlines are short, so we check your residence dates immediately and work backwards from them.
